About Erica Anderson
Erica Anderson moved to Washington, DC in 1995 from her home state of Montana. She has lived on Capitol Hill ever since. Following an 18 year career as a Congressional staffer and lobbyist, Erica began a second career in real estate, specializing in the H Street Corridor and Capitol Hill neighborhoods. She has advised friends and family on local real estate for several years. Having grown up on a farm in rural America, Erica has a great work ethic and is as comfortable at DC political events as she is in her cowboy boots kicking back on the weekends.
Erica attended the University of Montana and in her free time she volunteers for The Boot Campaign, a national charity that gives back to military families.
